The Clairmont Financial Group, LLC is dedicated to helping Christian Non-profit organizations and churches obtain competitive and responsible financing options such as loans and mortgages.

Churches today are taking a much more active role in our communities and are expanding the level of services that they provide. Churches are no longer just a place to meet on Sunday morning. Today they have become a place where you can exercise, have a cup of coffee, and pick up a great new book, all in one morning.

Of course today's Church is also busy providing more traditional services like Healthcare, Childcare, Counseling, Homeless Shelters, Food Shelves, Clothing Banks, Education, and a place to Worship, Pray, and enjoy Fellowship.

Many Churches need new, larger, and more adaptable facilities in order to serve all of these needs. Constructing or purchasing a multi-million dollar facility is unfeasible for most organizations without the benefit of some sort of financing program.

Our goal is to help you identify, negotiate and secure the most competitive arrangement that is available. We do not represent the lending community, we represent the Church. We work to negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions that are available. Our fees are among the lowest in the industry and are paid out of loan proceeds at closing. We are either compensated when the loan is funded, or not at all, in which case we attribute our time and effort to being in the Service of the King.
